Is the solution certified?

Yes, the software is EAL3+ certified in accordance with the Common Criteria Standard.

How long is the minimum contractual commitment?

If you choose a contract, 1 year. You can also ask for prices without contract.

How long is the notice period?

Contracts are not automatically extended.

Can you erase SSD hard drives?

Yes.

Are the erasure licences transferable?

Yes, these can be transferred between products and to other clients.

Is Certus standard software or can I have “customized features”?

Our software is standard; extra features are available on request which can then become part of the new version.

How long are the licences valid?

There is no expiry date.

Do I have to pay for new versions?

No, our standard software updates on a continual basis, free of charge.
